You have to make sure to have 5 entries if you create non public GA.

To answer your question, any giveaways you create that have 5 or more entries get you CV to raise your level. Bundle games only get you 15% of the value. And if you give away a game too many times, that also reduces the value you receive. Check the FAQ for full details :-)

Not sure what you're asking but generally if you create a group giveaway you have to get at least 5 entries in a giveaway or you won't receive CV. Bundled games will give you less CV (I mean games considered by SG as bundled which mean that it can also be a game that had very high discount in the past) than unbundled games. Also if you will give more than 5 copies of the same game you will receive less and less CV each time you'll give it away (doesn't matter if the game is bundled or not).
