Finicky as in hard to play or as in not recognizing the controller? Because of it's the second you can likely make it work through steam input, that option does wonders when it comes to dodgy compatibility.

I played it with an Xbox controller and the game had some issues with the analog stick. I found a fix in the Steam forums and as far as I can see (some comments made this year) it still works.

I found the same fix for the right analog stick in the forum. Game plays fine with a xbone controller, based on the very short demo version but by the end of that I was already fed up with having to QTE every single thing. Can't see myself getting through the whole game.
I thought it was kinda cool when I played Fahrenheit back in the day but it hasn't aged well, for me at least.

Well, it's very nice of them to hold an annual sale to celebrate my birthday, and I'm definitely buying some stuff tomorrow (nothing big, but probably a bunch of nice indies). Anyway, I've already purchased the game I wanted most: Asylum, an old-school point-and-click horror game from the author of Scratches, was finally released several hours ago. I had hopes for a RDR1 sale MY PRAYERS WERE ANSWERED! Biggest sale for the game there ever was since release.
I feel like it should've released for at least a little less than a AAA title but what can you do... Still, very happy for this 40% discount, got it immediately when the sale started!
(P.S, there's also a 75% sale for the sequel-prequel, RDR2)
Edit: I think it might not have been intentional? The live price of RDR remaster is 40$ (20% off) but I clearly purchased it for 30$... Might've been an automatic bundle since I own RDR2 but either way it's funky and weird LOL (40% off)

This was mess.. the biggest problem was the creative differences were New Japan vs Western Pro Wrestling. Kenny Omega's mindset was really pushing for over the top goofy sort of feel of New Japan cause that's really his scene. That's why the game ended up with minigames etc. and not something more like what we see with the WWE games. It was so deep into development already it really was just too late to salvage it. You just can't do this otherwise you end up with the train wreck that is AEW Fight Forever.

Ciconia: When They Cry - Phase 1: For You, the Replaceable Ones - 75% off at $9.99. New HL by a large margin (previous was 40%) and not a price error, as you can also get it at the same price from the publisher's site.
The caveat here is that the follow-up title has been delayed indefinitely - the author has previously blamed COVID and the Ukraine war, and at this point he's probably too deep into Silent Hill f to go back to it any time soon anyways.
