I can distinguish all the colours perfectly, except for brown, which I confuse with green and red. As for the shades of grey, I can see some and not others. In the image I see 4 shades (I pointed them out with colours). Although using eyedropper tool from photoshop I can know if they are lighter or darker and "make" a greyscale, so I can know they are different.
