So very sorry about your dog. I know how hard that is - lost a cat at end of September (20 yrs old) and another cat (22 yrs old) at end of November. Missing our furry friends seems harder at holiday time too. May you find another furry friend to spend time with soon. Happy holidays.

I am so very sorry for your loyal animal companion. You sound like someone who gave it a beautiful life and a lot of love. I know it will be a hard time for a while, until the life-saving, yet cruel ability humans have to adjust and overcome loss kicks in, but I hope you will recover well.

Edit: Been 24 years since our dog passed away, also 12 years old. Sometimes I still see him up to his antics ;)
