Is it intentional that your bundles on Steam cannot be purchased if you already have one item in them? (The only option available is to "Purchase as a gift" instead of "Complete your collection")

Yeah, now the prices of my games are so low that Steam hides my bundles, if I check "Complete your collection".
After discount I change bundle type on "Complete your collection".

That's a bummer, this redirects me to the storefront homepage.
I now only see "Taimumari Complete Edition" for "Purchase as a gift", while the two other bundles have now disappeared from the store - I guess because of your above comment. So the only option for me would be to buy Taimumari (and its DLC) individually?
