1. I'm sorry that I can't giveaway like you and many other do. If you don't know, I live in Venezuela. Yes, that country that was destroyed by famous Chavez and now Maduro. We don't have legal ways to access to foreign currency. My credit card only works in local currency. I can't use it to purchase games in Humble Bundle or any other sites to make giveaways because none of them accept "bolívares". The level I have right now is because before Valve put locks I used to be a trader. With the profit I got games to giveaway. But once the lock happened, I got screwed to trading. I didn't had any foreign currency source anymore.
2. Yeah, like I said in point #1, I can't make a lot of giveaways, and public ones get affected, but the reason for the point #3 explain more about this.
3. I like to giveaway to people who is active in the forum and not bots. The new policy againts bots is just two months ago. But before, I got annoyed that my public giveaways got a huge amount of bots in matter of seconds. Also, if you see my giveaways, I like most to give good games, with positive rating, prefereable unbundled games. You can check how many unbundled vs bundled I did. Also, normally with low level, without ratios, without sgtools, etc, so real people who can pass an antibot measure, can access to giveaways for good games in the forum easily. And you are one of the active users in the forum who has seen my giveaways in the past.

I can't request you to be unblacklisted. I just try to explain my situation to your reasons. If you consider your decision firm, I respect that. I won't blacklist you. If you decide to remove it, I appreciate it. Regardless of what you do, I give you a welcome to my whitelist and hope you have a wonderful life everyday.
