Hey, the Sonic movie is out!
It is, well, not good, but did you actually think it will be?
However, it is a harmless movie for kids, so you might as well introduce them to one of the half-decent Sonic games that came out in this century. Sonic Generations is rather pleasing if you like fast-paced platformers.
I hope the winner will like it. ^__^
Going to watch it soon. Not expecting anything special, it'll be good if it's not bad :D

Yes but it shouldnt be their first game, their first game should be the first game, then the second, then the third, then the 4th, skipping trash along the way, etc. up untill this game, then mania, probably not forces, maybe lost world i dont know, and thats that. Also thanks for this, torrented it with what feels like a decade ago, fantastic game, prior to it i only played the original 3 & pinball spin off, and a tiny bit of that genesis 3d one, so i had no idea about all the references and callbacks in generations but i completed it, music, level design, animations, gameplay, fantastic game, fucking hated how they changed Rouges voice though, but nyeah, never played the side content, just the main story campaign. Not sure when i will see the movie, most likely never, even if its on youtube, im just lazy i guess.

Mortal Kombat, the first Resident Evil, the first Tomb Raider and the recent Tomb Raider. I even liked Prince of Persia and Dead or Alive was surprisingly entertaining as well, especially considering the source material.

I will disagree on MK. Though personally I loved that film as a kid.
RE I remember watching in the theater and I remember enjoying it. The series went downhill with jet engines enabled... And now I'm wondering if the first one seems better for this reason, or if I actually liked it somewhat.
I somehow haven't seen any Tomb Raider films. But also I forget to associate it with games until that is pointed out.

Enjoy the game. Sonic games in the 3D era are not exactly great, but this one stands out as one of the actually quite good ones.
