I made a mistake. I had redeemed this game for free on Steam, so I only have the license in my own library. I do not own any extra gift copy or key to actually send to the winner. At the time of creating the giveaway, I didn’t know that free redeemed games cannot be given away unless I have a key or an inventory gift.

When the winner was chosen, I marked it as “Sent Gift” by mistake, but the winner never received anything and even blocked me. This was due to my lack of understanding of how giveaways work here.

I sincerely apologize for this mistake. Could you please delete/cancel this giveaway to avoid unfair negative feedback on my profile? I will be more careful in the future and only create giveaways with valid keys or gift copies.
