Where I'm from they are known for wrapping hot dogs in bacon and slathering it with sour cream and a ton of fixings! They are called Sonoran Hot Dogs!

I'm gonna break the trend and go sausage because I much prefer the flavour and the amount of meat you get, not to mention all the different flavours of sausage. Sausages are great :)
