Would you leave everything behind and move to another country if you felt like you'd be happier there?

That seems a question that is extremely based on each person situation and opportunities/possibilities on each of the countries.
If you want to ask for you, as advise , you should provide much more info.
But if you feel you will be happier there (and don't seem to see any complication), why not?

Oh, it is. I'd say more than extremely even. That said I'm just curious what would people do in a really generic situation.
I guess, to some extent, a better question would be "Pursuit of happiness or stability".

Although I get temporal happiness. I feel globally sad. So anything that would provide me happiness that stands more than one day/weekend. Or that can make me get up thinking it will be a good day is a YES choice/option over anything else (including stability).
Fuck friends and family, I don't have enough. I could still see them from time to time

If I used to be Daily-happy just by exploring nearby my job and deciding to eat on a new place before returning. Imagine me on a "new country" (living, even if already visited the city). That would at least provide daily happiness by itself.

Starting to think I need a psychologist even it's not on my budget 😅
Sorry for the spam

Oh. It's nothing. I'm actually glad you got so interested ;) Sorry if it will cost you a trip to a psychologist ;>
It's just that I've recently been facing, in one way or another, the questions I've asked and was curious as to what would other people say.
