You probably will not outside of Turkey. It is basically tortellini with ground meat in it. You can buy and cook tortellini. When your tortellini is ready, put it in a plate. Add yogurt with garlic, add red hot pepper souce, add dry mint. Bon appetit, afiyet olsun! ;-)
I have recently discovered seafood. Shrimp, clams, oysters, squid, but nothing is better than correctly prepared scallops. I could eat only seafood for the rest of my life. Yum yum yum.
