sooo... if someone who isnt from that region wins.... since most ppl dont read the describtions... what happens then? reroll until someone from that region gets it?
i'd rather suggest you to delete the ongoing GA and make a new one with the restriczions. cause some ppl out there might not be willing to let you reroll and demand their win or youll get a "not received"
deleting an ongoing GA shouldnt be a problem and i believe is even done automatically without the need of a staff member.
