It isn't mentioned anywhere that you cannot. You can giveaway games from online promotions but you will receive no value. Most people don't even mention that it is free somewhere but I wrote it in the description that it is free on Humble Bundle. So your report is useless. Have a good fun reporting everyone for that :)
