You know, I rarely post in your giveaway threads (really, I don't post much at all anymore), but I always enjoy reading them, primarily for all the "I don't care about being blacklisted! comments.
On top of the irony in "not caring" and still posting about it, I also know that if I check their SG profiles to see if they're blacklist-worthy, others are doing the same as well. It just comes off as pissing into the wind to me.
But -- my absolute favorites are the ones who return the blacklist. With only 69 wins, really doesn't seem like you'd give much of a shit. I don't always agree with everything you say or do, but I can at least respect that. ;)

There was a time when I felt guilty. I think I got over it when I saw people with thousands of wins who never play a single game (not just wins) and just idle everything for cards
I figure if someone is going to win some of these games, it may as well be someone who actually plays games.

Yeah, this site gets to you after a while. Believe it or not, I actually used to be nice, vomiting pleasantries and shitting rainbows.
Between all the assholes and a half-assed support staff, I changed somewhere, and likely won't be sticking around much longer myself.
It really hits you when you realize only a handful of people give anything away without expecting something in return, whatever it might be.

I think you still need $100 in games (retail and unbundled) to create an account. Being a patreon subscriber doesn't change that.
The whole thing is fishy as hell. 9 games, level 0 on Steam, already a site patron, making invite-only and levelled giveaways their first few days, and even their thread formatting is too damned good for a "newbie." I spotted this one a couple days ago and knew right away it's an alt. Now I just have to figure out who it is, but without Mully's detective work (she left SG) it's gonna be difficult. :P

Ah okay, they could have made the $100 requirement by using a glitch like the one above (Deponia is another one people use to register aalt accounts.) In fact, I'd be willing to bet they used the McDroid glitch to register on SG after seeing that thread (the thread date and their registration date are too close together, and I don't believe in coincidence). I wouldn't be surprised if the same person used the individual copies from the 4 pack to register still other accounts as well.

Oh yes, they were quite the ass, but went around playing the sanctimonious victim when called out on it. They were also very fond of making claims of being "harassed" whenever anyone said anything they didn't like.
Perhaps you remember her .... Missdefi.
Anyway, the writing style and pattern of her comments to DocJ, and their temper tantrum are what set off alarms in my head. She also deleted her account here a few months back. ;)

Same moderator that suspended Doc for this comment, claiming it was "inappropriate." Truth is, he and Doc had a disagreement ages ago, and Xarabas has been looking for any reason to suspend him ever since.
Also the same moderator who's been stalking Mully for years after she deleted him on Steam for making passes at her (it creeped her out), and finally drove her off of Steamgifts with another bullshit suspension, for "spreading negativity."
Utterly fucking ironic, givern his childish behavior. Support on this site has become a circle-jerk of friends electing friends to support, and a never-ending cycle of bullshit.
