I will also be making a private GTA V giveaway for 5 random people. For a chance to enter comment a number in numerical order starting with 1 then 2, 3 etc on my steam profile. Once this giveaway ends I will then use google to select 5 random numbers and give out the invite code. You may post as often as you want provided you stick to the order.

"5 copies." No, it's a giveaway with 5 random people for one game.
"private than post it on the forum." No, if it's only intended for 5 random people there's no reason to post it on the forum. A givwaway link would be sent to each individual.
"Also, you will need to friend the winners and send through steam." As far as I'm aware game keys can be revealed here, or stuff can be emailed to the winners. While adding people on Steam and sending them their winnings is definitely an option, it's not usually the only option.

BTW, in case you don't know, I think one way some Steam gift giveaway creators have got round the cross-region gifting restrictions is to send the winner a gift card of the value required to buy the game in their region, then they just buy the game themselves.
