What i thought, and I haven't looked at your profile, can't even blame people doing it (as long as it's not a lot), some still can scrape by getting to high levels on free crap alone.
Can you tell me the name of the shop in an old giveaway (and then remove it, people still could get suspended over it here...) or better drop it on my profile please? Normal site i'd check it with can't find it cheap.
Some devs in the past increased their price a lot solemnly to get good CV also here, but i think support tackled that.
The support tackle in the best case, when someone report the game + link the site and if they handle the ticket before the game disappear at that shop(s), that the cv drop to bundled (= 15%).
For the 17-20p games they pay normaly between 5 and 15 cents.
AP don't use it extreme. But around 30 other ones do it extreme.
I gave the support a tracker, if they would automate to add each new game to the bundle list would that few extreme users loose a lot of levels.
With my reports were 300cv gone in one go from one game not uncommon and someone loosed his level 10, 2 or 3 times + a dozend times nearly.
But i gave up with the reports, it bring nothing, the abuse is too much, the staff to inactive, the possibilities for them with 15% not enough because 15% of 20p = 3cv for let's say 10 cents and that is still too much because the extreme ones give 5-15 copies (some in one go and some split it to hide the traces better).
I wrote a ticket about it a few months ago, MSkotor first reacted, saying they know but it's so much work, i understand but i even offered to help, gamehag posts their free games each time on facebook, that alone can weed out a lot, was willing to do that part.
Then i simply did not get any response from her (and anyone else) at all anymore, shows how much inactivity or disinterest there is, i totally agree with you that tickets don't bring anything, also when it comes to reporting certain users that seems to get a better treatment or i got a feeling certain tickets by certain people simply gets ignored even, when it still stays open for months, if not a year.

Keys are from one of so-called ''shady" shops.
CV farming? Silly. For what? For level 11? Or for some special SG reward?
P.S. These trash games often drop their prices to 1$ (and vice versa) or even goes banned from Steam.
