I am actually not sure. That's why I wrote "with the best of my knowledge" :P I bought it as an EU key. But the only EU key I could find on steamdb was this one https://steamdb.info/sub/102857/ It hasn't listed 2 or 3 counties that are in the Europe - steam preset. One of those counties was Turkey so I figure I would remove them.
However, I am a steamdb noob so I could very well be wrong, in which case I am sorry to SG users from those counties.
But it's better to be safe than sorry I guess :)
