You can't gift games that you have in your LIBRARY!
I'd highly recommend people not to enter this giveaway as you wont get the game, the OP doesn't know how steam gifting system works.

It's not in my library, its in my inventory with the button on it that says Send gift on it. Maybe you don't know how the system works?
