If you make a fresh support ticket from clicking on support then it take days (sometimes weeks) before somethign happens BUT if you click after the GA end at https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaways/created and there at the "sent" button then you see behind the winners name a "request a reroll" and if you use that button the ticket will be managed in hours.

A part have already served their punishments, you have no chance to see it by yourself, but a lot haven't.
I found people with up to 38 not activated wins, a fem friend found one with 46 not activated. Both collected that in 4 years and so it is clear that they get not reported in that time :o(
From my winner reports will be around 50% rerolled and the winners punished. Partly permanent suspensions.
Each of them helps in general because they stop with the behavior or they got a perma suspension OR get direct the perma and that stops them too ;o)

I found a other lvl 0 GA from you, looked at your profile, seen that you make more lvl 0 GA's and clicked on one of them. Not looked at the fact that it hasn't started (i was very sleepy).
Easy solution but looked strange :-D
