everytime I wanna start it, I'm thinking "I could just play some more ets2 instead" :D

I have the Trucking Fan DLC pack from Humble. It's a multi-DLC pack that includes High Power Cargo, Force of Nature paint jobs, Fantasy paint jobs, Flip paint designs and Ice Cold paint jobs.

It's just a bunch of DLC grouped together. I think it might be exclusive to Humble.

Ooh! I have an item in my Steam Inventory for this game (from the Cozy Cottage Event), so I'd finally be able to put it to use if I win.

I've heard a lot of good things about this one (the better of the two between this and American Truck Simulator), so I would give it a whirl for sure. :)

From what I've read, it looks like the scenery might be a tad more varied in this game. I also read that ATS looks a lot nicer with the recent expansion added for it! So, the more varied scenery in ETS2 could be the reason why you prefer it!

I suppose if it would be 'British trucking simulator" then maybe.
Europe after all doesnt have English as official language. Lorry would be specific to Britain. My guess is that most languages dont have separate translations regarding trucks or lorries
