Good timing as it's a PvP/WvW (World vs World, a battleground sort of) thing, an effect that occurs when you finish an enemy, and there is currently a WvW event with better rewards than usual. And that's rare that I do PvP/WvW nowadays, but for a week I'm enduring it.

Ah, these dye kit packs are such a scam. Free ones are obviously very much appreciated. But the drop rate of rare dyes is so abysmal, and they charge quite a lot of gems (and thus money or in-game gold) for it.
I still managed to get a semi-rare dye from the five you offered to me, which was really not expected, so you're sort of a lucky charm I suppose!

The "Gift" Finisher is a Finisher with the skin of a birthday gift, confettis and lights. Finishers are an animation used in PvP modes when you kill a player who is down (meaning not alive, not dead, but beaten and down almost powerless for about 10sec and can go back in fight again if not finished by an enemy in the meantime).
You gave me some Finishers codes two months ago, when I make you choose between a llama and a few other skins (and thank you again!).
"Gift" Mail Carrier is also a skin in the theme of the gifts, at least I think so as I haven't seen this skin yet.
Mail carriers are an animation used when you send a mail to another player or get a mail/letter from a player or NPCs. Basic free animation is a bird coming to take the mail from your hand and fly away with it, or coming to give you one.
I still have the free animation, I haven't unlocked one yet, so double thanks!
Also the fourth expansion released monday (well, part of it) and I'm having a blast with it. Very short (two maps, the third part 1 in 3 months, the third part 2 in 6 months, the third part 3 in 9 months, while usually it's 4 or 5 maps at the release and then a free 6 smaller maps marathon between an expansion and the next), but intense, and with huge quality of life additions.
