Hey, thanks very much for the giveaway. I won a copy, but trying to activate it throws a "product not available in your country" error. It's definitely on steam, so it looks like the key is region restricted. I'm in the Europe region group.

No worries, these things happen. Can't keep the key, because it'd show up as unactivated on my account. I think there's basically three options and I'm fine with either one.
1) Reroll just my win (and anyone elses with the same problem)
2) Delete this giveaway and redo it with the region restrictions
3) Provide a key I can activate
Best be in touch with support and they'll let you know what to do.

Odd that it's taking them so long. Though maybe there's some complexity given that some of the winners were able to collect and others weren't. In my cases, it's always been a single key giveaway. Best wishes for the new year. I know in Russia your holiday is coming up soon.
