As stated in the GA page, and since you belong to the Indiegala Steam group, I'm assuming you've got an Indiegala account and I've sent you the key using IG's own gifting system. You should have received an email to the address you specified in your SteamGifts profile. Please check it out and let me know in case you haven't received it or there's any issue. Thanks!
Oh man, Indiegala is janky as hell... Now I can no longer reveal the "Faces of Illusion" key, and I only have the option to gift it to someone, even though I had already sent it to you.
I've tried gifting it to you again, please look if you can access it now. If not, I'll open a support ticket with Indiegala.
OK, I figured it out...
The problem is that the email address I use on steamgifts.com is not the same email address I use on Indiegala. Apparently the gift link is only valid for the Indiegala email address that you used to gift the game to me.
It so happens that I did have an Indiegala account with that email address as well (although I don't usually use it), so I logged in to my Indiegala account that uses that email address and I was able to see and redeem the gift.
So it might be a good idea to let people know that the email address they use on steamgifts and the one they use on Indiegala must be the same in order for them to successfully redeem the gift. If not, then they may have to create a second Indiegala account with that email address in order to redeem the gift. I'm not sure if there isn't already an existing account with the gifted email address if it would still give the error (in another words, if the email address associated with the gift is not already associated with another Indiegala account), in that case maybe it would prompt the user to create the account? Or maybe just let them redeem it on their own account?
In any case, I added the game to my Steam account now, so all is good! Thanks again!

I really wouldn't bother with Indiegala's key gifting system if it weren't because their key revealing system is even more unreliable. Tonight I've tried to reveal 2 keys for 2 winners without an IG account, and both of them failed. Sigh...
Anyway, I'm glad you could finally sort it out and that you finally got the game. Enjoy! :)
Yeah, Indiegala is a bit messed up. I have some other keys in bundles on there that I did not reveal (in order to know which ones were used and which were not). I just looked and they are ALL revealed now, so I have no way to know which ones were used.
