With the first one (Hospital Tycoon) there's also a comment by the GA creator to mark it "not received", obviously some problem with the key? So maybe just ask support to mark it "not received". No idea about the other one ... maybe same thing?
those were 4 years ago and it was before i even knew how to use the site properly, i just tested both of the keys again and they are duplicate keys and idk why i marked it as received but i didn't know that could be an issue, if i can ask support to mark it as not received i'm gonna ask it
People blacklist for all sorts of things, so it's hard to say, but it might be one of the reasons.
Basically you have two options:
get/buy those two games for your account
or ask support to change your feedback to "not received" (especially with Hospital Tycoon, they should grant that request, because the GA creator already admits in a comment that the key is not working. It might take a while to get a reply though, because it's probably not their highest priority to solve a 4 years old issue).
Considering that you should not have to take the hit for a non-working/duplicate key, I'd say it's better to go with option two. I hope that helps :-)
thanks, i just asked support and hopefully they are gonna change it to not received, i'm not sure about the spaera one because the creator of that giveaway just blacklisted me so i don't know how that is gonna work, i'm probably just gonna buy that game if the support can't do anything about that
on sgtools i also just noticed i have multiple wins on one game called Artificial Defense and it was also 4 years ago when i didn't know how to use the site, I'm pretty sure i never used the key on the second giveaway that i got so is it even possible to reroll a 4 year old giveaway?
Im gonna try to contact the giveaway creator and see if he can so something, sorry for commenting about this on your comments but it's just because i really want to resolve those issues
Thankfully we don't have so many issues with multiple wins anymore since extra entries are automatically removed after winning something now.. And yes it should be possible to reroll a 4 year old giveaway if the creator is still around. Other than that you could also come to an agreement to delete the giveaway instead (either one of your multiple wins, in fact ... maybe offer some compensation to the creator).
Don't worry about the comments, I hope I could help you with some advice and that you can sort it out.
