Hello Yukin. Sorry for the delay. I did click on redeem. But never received the email from Humble Bundle. I used the "resend order" web page too. I opened a case to humblebundle. That is case #1253930 (https://support.humblebundle.com/hc/requests/1253930 last Sunday and still did not receive any answer from humble bundle...
Oh, how odd. You are certain you entered the correct email address and the email did not get sorted into spam?
I can't view the support case, I'm afraid you'll have to figure it out with the Humble Bundle support staff. Just make sure to not mention steamgifts or that it was a raffle. I believe Humble Bundle has policies against anything that's not a personal gift to friend/family.
I checked my email spams, and no luck in there. This is why I opened a ticket. Unfortunately they do not seem super reactive... I just mentioned " A friend sent me this gift [URL]". Because in SG, we are all friends, right? :)
