Hello there! I'm just letting you know that we've rejected your Touhou Giveaways application because you have 1 unactivated win.

Upon investigating your profile further, I've noticed the probable cause of this unactivated win - I see you have Draft Day Sports Pro Basketball 4 in your account, but the giveaway was for Draft Day Sports: Pro Basketball 2017 - Quite clearly, these are not the same game, and if this is indeed a case of the incorrect game being delivered to you by the giveaway creator, as per SG rules the giveaway should have been marked as "not received" until the correct game was provided.

If this is indeed a case of the wrong game being delivered to you, the solution is simple enough - Reach out to the giveaway creator and explain the situation. You could both agree to delete the giveaway, or you can request the correct game, or you could simply contact SG support and let them change the status to "not activated".
