Description

I liked Hand of Fate, but I thought it wasn't quite as good as it could have been. By all accounts the sequel improves on the original, though.

Really enjoyed the first one but the combat and some debuffs at later levels could have been better handled.

I really liked the first one as well, but the final round against the Dealer was so badly disadvantaged to the player that it took me the same amount of time to beat the Dealer round as it took playing the entirety of the game before it. I sincerely hope the devs have adjusted this. I'm all for a challenging fight against a final boss, but that was pure hell!

Yeah, the fight was nonsense, but frankly I was more insulted by the fact that there was no payoff. I had a big "that's it?" moment.

I stopped there (and I normally am a finish a game gamer) but that was just such a pain in the ass

Yeah, I agree. Great concept, somewhat sloppy gameplay is how I would describe the first one. Still totally worth playing

Indeed. If this one is better than the first one, means this is an awesome game.

I really enjoyed the first one even with all its flaws and only heard good things about the sequel.

I've heard that the narrator / opponent isn't as good in the sequel, but that it improves on most other things.

Thanks for the chance at this, much appreciated.
I own the first game, have not finished it yet (kinda forgot about it, enjoyed it but wasn't wow'ed by it...), hears #2 is better as well.

Thanks for the giveaway, I'll stay out of this one so people who will actually play it have a better chance though :)

The concept was nice but implementation was a bit lacking. Especially on the combat mechanics. Hopefully sequel fixes the problems. Enjoyed the first one but still have the final boss to beat. Gratitude for divine deck.
