Out of the ones I closed/completed, all of them were confirmable, none of them were irrelevant, and one was resolved by another Mod.
As an aside, I would love to be able to clear them all out, but I would need to find the time. Figure that each ticket takes 30 minutes (sometimes more) to complete and you will have a picture of how daunting that list looks.
