Hello.It is a sad situation. I received this key from looboy.de . If you are not familiar with this site you can check this tread https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/rSWOI/lootboy-codes-for-coinsdiamonds
We have several ways how we can solve this.
1) Do nothing. After 7 days you will mark as not received the key from the giveaway. It will be in my steamgifts history
2) I can send a message to lootboy.de in order to change the key. Probably they will change it in few days but they need "Screenshot showing error message and activation history from Steam". If you will send me recuired screenshot than I will be able to send message to lootboy.de

Well, for getting the image you need to do several steps:
1) once again try to activate the key in Steam
2) when Steam will show you the message about used key, you need to press "print screen" button.
3) Then you can open Paint and paste the image.
4) Then you can save it as *.jpg file
5) you can add me in Steam and I will send you my email for sending the image to me
