Got the email, I clicked to the link, Indiegala said I have to log in, but when I tried it, an "error 15" page with my IP, and proxy showed up, what I never saw before. Nothing worked, I couldn't log in to my profile.
I restarted the wifi router, got a random IP, and now I can log in, but with clicking to the link I get a " Sorry you are not allowed to access this content." message. I assume this is happens because of my first attempt with my first IP (maybe she added that IP to this link).
Can you send the link again to the Duccmedve email? Maybe along this process the gift link resetting itself.
Second solution would be to convert the gift link into a simple steam key, I do not know it is possible or not.
If nothing works, I will write to the Indiegala support, about this absurd situation.
