I do love some grilled chicken. Goes with most types of pizza, can be very healthy, and if you need a bit of a kick just grill it with some lemon or hot sauce prior to baking it on the pizza.

Well, I'm not really big into seafood to begin with. That pizza sounds..interesting. I usually go with bacon and mushroom with garlic parmesan sauce. Also, it's super weird to me that parmesan is apparently a proper noun.

BTW the last pizza I ate (on Tuesday) had cream of zucchini instead of tomato, which was great with bacon and Parmesan cheese.
