I see, that you are from Taiwan, so European history may be quite unknown for you. Are you aware what GeStaPo has been? "During World War II, the Gestapo played a key role in the Holocaust. After the war in Europe ended, the Gestapo was declared a criminal organization by the International Military Tribunal (IMT) at the Nuremberg trials". It also has played a leading role in torturing and executing resistance fighters, and in persecution of civilian population in the occupied countries. Generally, if you have heard about the justly infamous SS, also a criminal organization, one could say they were civilized and well meaning, if you compare them to the GeStaPo. And I can't find any other meaning for this word in any other language.
For many of us living in countries formerly occupied by Germans it is highly offensive to see folks using nick like Hitler, Himmler or GeStaPo. Please, change your SG nick, unless you want to advertise, that you are a German Nazi sympathizer. You can do this here.
