I gave several possible solutions, but some where ignored and others they said they couldn't do.
Very disappointing that I was the one who tried to come up with a solution and even told them about free to keep games that where coming up while they kept stringing me along.

Well this sucks. They told me they would get me a steam gift card so I would be able to buy the game myself.
They couldn't gift the game to me because of the price difference in our currencies.
After a few days I asked if they had any news, and they de-friended me on steam.
So yeah... If you ever win something from this person, make sure you get it before you mark it as received.
