There is a problem yes, Steamgifts cannot detect people owning Base Game as owning same so people are unabl;e to enter. There is an issue between Steamgifts and Steam Store reading surely. Those who could not enter can reply here I may giveaway keys personally at end of giveaway and contact you personally to give away randomly. I guess I can make sure some owners desiring the DLC are found.

I gifted Shinra 3 days ago the very day I started GA and he contacted me to tell me of the problem on Steam. 4 winners more decided on their excellent GA records. people who ahd 1:1r away or had given away way more gifts than won.

I noticed that even though I own shogun 2 I can't enter this giveaway. I see there are currently 0 entries so I wonder if anyone else has the same problem. No biggie, but thought I'd throw out a comment encase literally no one can enter while the giveaway is up for the next couple of days and leads to a "huh??" situation =P.

Yes its a problem. Seems constant re-numbering of packages at store may have messed it. People who own base game cant detect it. Sad but true. Deleting the GA wont help so I will let it die at 0 entries than lose a slot deleting. I might consider giving away keys free to interested people who cannot enter GA due to Steam Store Page ID issues..

Steam Store App ID mess likely. I feel deeply embarrassed as is that SG recognizes DLC, Store page also works fropm list BUT.....SG does not recognize or track base Game. Sigh
Today I noticed my account ahs 2 Trinium Wars games activated [Beginners and Founders packs] and though I own a Commadners: Conquest of Americas Gold pack, steam store shows I do not own that game at all. Its serious crazy!
