Indeed! But it's not polite to rush the winner to activate his won gift. Sometimes the winner is 24/7 online in steam and steamgifts but has not the possibility to activate the key, because he is on a trip and he has only his mobile phone.

Yes, but then the person could write this in his steam profile or commend on the thread and everithing is fine.
