There is a minor deck-building aspect to it, but that's VERY minor. It allows you to choose what buildings are available for you to build during the level
I could answer "Thanks, you're a duck", but it would be too easy. I have to think about something better. Expect another line of text from me by one or two years :-)

While I may change my mind later, I currently choose to refuse the offer, for the simple reason I'm not really active in GAs since some time...I've entered my last GA something like one year and an half ago, and only a dozen GAs in the year before that. So....

I've played this before, at my brother's house, it's a really fun puzzle game -- more puzzle than city builder, but liking both genres helps
