Hi, I assume you sent me the IndieGala email.
Unfortunately I am getting this error when I open the link from the mail:
"Sorry you are not allowed to access this content."
I guess that's cause it's not a gift link.
I'll resend it
I got the new mail but it gives the same error message unfortunately.
I have no idea what's going on...
Can you just send/add the serial key instead?
once you send it as a gift, you lose access to the key and can only send it again
This is so weird; I assume all the other winners had no problems with their mails?
I even tried the link in another browser without succes.
Do you have someone you could send the mail to who could try and see if they can get the key from it?
I aplogise for all the troube; I have no idea why this is happening; in the past links from IndieGala always worked.
np, only one person has successfully claimed so far. It may be all the different emails I sent out to triggered security at Indiegala
Found a way around it. I resent the key to myself and it was able to get it put on SG
