I'm out of work and the husband is starting WFH tomorrow. We've been staying home since Friday, as we're near an area with a high number of cases. We've got supplies to last us and have already put restocking orders in for the weeks to come.
Where I am, people are still mostly acting like nothing is happening (except all the toilet paper and canned vegetables are gone in stores). I'm still required to go to work every day and my coworkers are all idiots. They are firmly in the denial/"it's all a hoax" mindset. 2 of the 6 people in my row of cubicles have been coughing non stop all week. Another has a son who has been home sick with flu-like symptoms for the past week but he comes in to work every day. Another goes on and on about how it's all a media conspiracy that they invented to get rich and to make Trump look bad. And finally the fifth person is currently in Florida at the beach for spring break with thousands of other careless people. So, yeah, I'll be shocked if I don't catch this thing from those dummies.
My wife and I are in good health, so not overly concerned about catching it ourselves, but our parents are in their '70s and my younger brother has heart and breathing problems, so I mostly worry about them getting it.
