This is a serval. The mixed breed made with these and other cat varieties are called savannahs. We have two first generation (F1) Savannahs at home, so I can tell that your picture is a serval (aka the wild cat) and not a savannah. You can legally own these for breeding in the US and Western Canada, but not so sure about the rest of the world. Awesome pets!
