Just want to be clear that if this is the humble free, it expires roughly 30 hours or so after this giveaway ends, so please be clear about that

True thanks for pointing that out. Will add it to the description.

just to point out to your pointing out - winner has 7 days to redeem the key according to rules, nothing you write in GA description can change the rules, so if winner does not redeem key in 30h and you do not provide replacement key winner is free to mark GA as not received ;)

I'm quite aware of that, but I would suggest that my track record so far speaks for itself ;)

Just reveal the key and it won't expire.

Thanks for pointing that out.

Yep, and save it in a text file because it will disappear from your humble account. I have tested this before and successfully activated a key that I had for a while from a humble freebie.

The key does not expire, you just can't access it anymore after certain period. Save the key and it should work normally.

Then there is nothing to worry about since the key is already revealed and savely stored in the GA.

Publishers do have the ability to invalidate unused keys, and for a while now have been doing so in meaningful enough numbers that the practice can no longer be considered especially uncommon. Unless the publisher explicitly indicated the keys wouldn't actually be invalidated, I'm not sure there's any strong basis for assuming they won't be.

i know atlest 1 of the last free humble games did expire after the time so i'm guessing the devs invalidated any unused keys. basically the winner should use the key asap as its not guaranteed to be valid after the expiration date.

I gave a key to somebody like 6 months after it "expired".
