Just a tip but you should really region restrict the giveaway and remove the countries that have it banned (Indonesia, Japan & Ukraine).
If someone from those countries wins the giveaway the mods will likely deny a reroll. You can still delete this giveaway and recreate with the correct settings.

The problem with the key is HB doesn't actually state that its's region locked however when I try to redeem it steam will say that it restricted
