Thanks for checking in on me, that's really sweet of you!

Can't really say things have improved, but there have been considerable changes that opens the road to improvement.

My husband died on Easter day, hopefully he's at peace now.
But he left me an enormous mess to deal with and my health isn't the best, so that's quite the challenge at the moment!

Wow, it sounds like it's been quite the tumultuous time.

It sounds really overwhelming. Try to take care of yourself, and make time for yourself, as much as you can. I'm sure it feel like there's so much to do, so much to deal with, but you've got to take care of yourself first so that you can take care of everything else.

Good luck, and hopefully you'll be able to start on the road to improvement sooner than you think.
