Don't trust Dean Takahashi, very much people played the game in e3 and gamescom, for example, one of them could defeat a pair of bosses in only 10 minutes, it's a difficult game but the gameplay is good. My grandpa plays better than Dean Takahashi :P

They've had to delay the games to the point where it's been shown at E3 3 times now, mainly for the animation/sound, which as the devs said, "the visuals and audio are painstakingly created with the same techniques of the era, i.e. traditional hand drawn cel animation, watercolor backgrounds, and original jazz recordings". This shit is authentic as hell, and you can feel every ounce of care.

It might sound like I'm trying to sell the game to you, I just realized. XD
