제가 나눔 받은 게임은 GRID(2019)이고 해당 SG는 GRID(2008)이여서 나눔 해주신 분에게 변경 요쳥을 하라는 메세지가 왔습니다. 가능할까요? 아래는 전문입니다.

This is the GRID I'm talking about. This is not the one on your Steam account. This giveaway was for the 2008 edition of GRID. The one on your account is the 2019 game and it is also a $5 price difference.

If the person who created the giveaway gave you the newer version then you will need to contact them and have them submit a support ticket for the giveaway to have it changed to the correct game. This is going to constantly come back as a ding on your account showing you did not redeem a game you won.

The hammer icon next to the game name means you did not activate it when I scan your account.
