Not sure if torrents are allowed here but:
-Link removed after 30min-
Install wargame launcher, log-in. Close it (kill process in task manager).
Install TW Arena from torrent,
open wargame launcher,
click "import installed games" button. had to deselect autoupdate when importing it and trying to change the language to english before launching breaks it. so don't
Open TW Arena game and after tutorial
u will find "important news" button in-game menu (right corner) (I got a pop up and clicked the golden button in the middle of the screen)
You may have had to run it with a cis account, but I can't be sure, the other things could have broken it with my first attempt
