Though I may be online "all the time", I'm online with my phone through the SG app. It's not possible to receive the keys with it and I wasn't at home until today. SG grants me 7 days to receive a gift, so please be a little more patient, there's no need to reach out to a winner through mail and comments on other giveaways.
