Hm, I've set the region restrictions according to Humble (this gift restricted ib BN, CN, HK, ID, JP, KH, KP, KR, LA, MM, MN, MO, MY, PG, PH, SG, TH, TL, TW, VN). It shouldn't be restricted to Czech Republic.
I will contact their support later, you can do that too — it can speed up the process
