Hello. I have a strange question.
I have a giveaway under SGTools protection: http://www.sgtools.info/giveaways/cc4ba639-2f4c-11e7-9500-fa163ee2f826
There is a universal requirement for all entries: number of wishlisted games on Steam has to be zero or one at the time they try to get the giveaway link.
I have this guy on the entry list now: https://www.steamgifts.com/user/UrielVermilion
His wishlist is definitely larger than one entry: http://steamcommunity.com/id/UrielVermilion/wishlist/
There was another guy, who emptied his wishlist and added them back after entry, which shows properly that all games were added on that day. His entry is okay according to my rules. But in this one's case, all wishlisted games have been there for quite a while, which is not okay at all.
Yet, according to SGTools, his entry is legit. How come? There is no way he actually passed the requirement.

After looking into it, I can only think of one case when this could happen, and it's a race condition.
If you manage to sync correctly once (and therefore have a valid cache of 24h), and then force another re-sync and try to enter the giveaway at very same moment that the database is updating the wishlisted games you could in theory achieve that. All normal values are read from the cache while you read an empty wishlist because DB is updating it.
That implies a lot of precision on the "attack" or to be extremely lucky while doing it.
I just checked it and it's the first time that happens with this user, so it doesn't seem like he did in purpose, but I'll keep an eye on him. You can politely ask him to remove the entry and explain that he doesn't really pass the rules. If he refuses tell me and I'll see what I can do about it.

Hm. Interesting.
I asked him, hopefully he will comply.
