From the SteamDB, it looks like the developers may have added the full game to this beta package.
Can you tell me if anything has changed? Does it still say beta testing?
I contacted the developer, and indeed the beta version is the same as the full version - there are no limitations or differences, so the giveaway is valid.
Steamgifts rules state: Beta keys which do not provide unrestricted access to the full game in the future, guest passes, demos, and coupons cannot be given away.
In this case, as often happens, the beta version becomes the full version.
If you are still able to change your feedback to "Received", please do so.
