Thanks, so they haven't fixed the fact that anybody can enter any DLC giveaway without checking for ownership.
If there is a way to check whether the winner has the DLC or not I will limit the giveaway to those that do not own it.
Not just anybody for any game, there's just issues with how some games' DLCs are set up (wrong?) on Steam.
You can check by clicking the player's icon, then click the link to their Steam profile. See what games they've got, type in 400 Days in the search box.
Be warned, people who already own 400 Days DLC can enter this drawing.
